FX PCB Co., Ltd. is a China-based electronics manufacturer founded in 2010 (ISO 9001 certified), serving OEMs and product companies across South Africa. We run two core businesses under one roof in Shenzhen: bare PCB manufacturing — rigid, flexible, rigid-flex and HDI boards from 1 to 32 layers — and turnkey PCBA assembly, from SMT and through-hole soldering to testing and box build.

South African buyers usually come to us when local capacity is booked out, when a board is too complex for a quick-turn local shop, or when the landed cost of a production run needs a second quote. You send us your Gerber files and BOM — we return a detailed quotation within 1–2 working days. Air freight into OR Tambo (Johannesburg) is the standard route for production shipments; smaller prototype orders go by international express courier to any South African address.
DDU or DDP terms can be quoted per order, so you can choose between handling customs yourself or receiving a landed price — no surprise charges either way.

FAQ

Do you manufacture the PCBs yourselves, or only assemble boards made elsewhere?

Both, in our own factory in Shenzhen. Bare PCB manufacturing (1–32 layers, including flex, rigid-flex, HDI and metal-core) and PCBA assembly run under one roof, so one supplier is accountable for the finished board.

What do you need from us to quote?

For PCBs: Gerber files (RS-274X) and drill files. For PCBA: the BOM (Excel/CSV), pick-and-place/centroid file and any assembly notes. You will have a detailed quotation within 1–2 working days.

What is your minimum order quantity?

No strict MOQ. Prototypes start from 5 pieces; production runs scale from pilot batches to high volumes.

How do shipments to South Africa work, and who handles customs?

Production orders ship by air freight to OR Tambo; prototypes by express courier. We can quote DDU (you clear customs) or DDP (we arrange delivery to your door with duties handled) — tell us your preference when you request the quote.

Can you source components, or must we supply them?

Both models work. Most customers choose turnkey: we source against your BOM and never substitute a part without your written approval. If you prefer to consign components or kits, we assemble those too.
